Procedure	Goats were immunized with highly purified hamster IgG isolated from normal pooled hamster serum. Antiserum was collected and solid phase absorbed vs. normal mouse and rat IgG. The anti-Hamster IgG was then affinity purified off a hamster IgG containing immunoabsorbent.
Specification	The anti-hamster IgG reacts with IgG and the Fab and Fc fragments of IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. It also reacts with both Kappa and Lambda light chains. There is minimal reactivity with mouse and rat IgG.
